We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced item/s subject to the following conditions:
- the item/s must be returned within 14 days of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.
- item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
You must email beachsideemporium@gmail.com with your reason for returning. Beachside Emporium will email you a reference number.

All items posted to Beachside Emporium must have a tracking number.
Upon receipt of the items, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund (store credit /sale items) for the purchase price directly to the original method of payment (store credit will be emailed) for purchase price. We endeavour to process refunds/store credits, as soon as they are received but please allow up to 5 business days for returns/store credits to be processed. We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items.
You will receive email notification of the status of your store credit once finalised.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM
Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we do not offer exchanges on any items. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend purchasing the new item and follow the returns process for a store credit.
DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING FOR MY RETURN
Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
FAULTY
If you receive an item believed to be faulty, please send photos to beachsideemporium@gmail.com as soon as possible. Beachside Emporium will email you a reference number for the return of the item.
Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Beachside Emporium. Beachside Emporium will refund shipping costs upon receipt of the returned faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
Faulty items must be returned within 90 days of the purchase date. If it is after 90 days Beachside Emporium will provide a credit only.
SALE ITEMS
We do not refund sale items and due to hygiene reasons all earrings are purchased as final sale.
